CUSTOM MARINE UPHOLSTERY & CANVAS FOR YACHTS, CATAMARANS & SUPERYACHTS

Yes — we design and manufacture custom marine mattresses for all types of vessels, from recreational boats to large yachts and superyachts. Every mattress is made to measure, based on your boat’s exact shape and constraints.

Absolutely. Most boats require non-rectangular, tapered or complex shapes (V-berths, island berths, curved hull sides, split mattresses, etc.). We specialise in custom-shaped boat mattresses using digital templating and on-board measurements.

We offer a range of thicknesses depending on comfort, available height, and bed structure — typically from slim profiles for tight cabins to thicker, high-comfort mattresses for owner cabins and superyachts. We also adapt foam composition and layering to match each use case. Tipically, from 12 cm till 30 cm + for superyachts and motoryachts, for a 5 star hotel experience

Yes. We work across the full spectrum: Recreational sailing and motor boats Catamarans and cruisers Performance yachts Superyachts and large custom vessels The process scales from simple replacements to high-end, fully engineered bedding systems.

We use marine-suitable foams and fabrics selected for: Ventilation and humidity resistance Durability in marine environments Comfort and long-term shape retention Combustion / fire retardant modified foams CMHR for enhanced safety and compliance with IMO certification. We can discuss your specific needs on a free consultation basis Covers and linings can be adapted to your boat’s interior style and usage profile.

Yes — mattress replacement is one of the most common projects we do. Typically shipyards do not offer the best quality foams, and the difference and improvement is massive. We can: Measure the existing space Improve comfort and support Upgrade materials and thickness Keep or improve the original shape and fit

Yes. Over time, we’ve built a library of standard templates for many boat models — from production boats to custom yachts. When available, this speeds up the process while still allowing customisation in thickness, comfort, and materials.

Depending on the project, we use: On-board templating Digital measurement 3D scanning for complex geometries This ensures a precise fit, even in tight or irregular spaces.
